Can I refer brands to other Aftersell plans besides Rokt Thanks?

Yes. You earn 15% of what the brand pays for its Aftersell plan, for its first 12 months.

What makes a good referral?

The best referrals for Aftersell are brands doing above $2M in monthly GMV, or 25–50K+ orders per month. The best people to refer are decision-makers: founders, CEOs, COOs, VPs, heads of ecommerce.

How will I know what's happening with my referrals?

Track every brand you've referred and its current stage from your affiliate dashboard.

What if a brand I refer is already talking to Aftersell?

If the brand applied or was in conversation with us before using your link, the referral isn't attributed. To be eligible, the brand must apply through your unique link.

When do payouts happen?

In two parts. You earn the intro commission once the brand completes its intro call with our team, and the activation bonus once the brand activates Rokt Thanks. Each payment is sent the month after it's earned, directly via PayPal or Stripe.

Is there a limit to how many brands I can refer?

No. Refer as many brands as you'd like.

Does referring a brand guarantee they'll be accepted?

No. Every brand goes through our qualification process. Fit depends on eligible order volume, platform and whether they're already working with Aftersell.
